Proverbs 16:1 (NET) “The intentions of the heart belong to a man, but the answer of the tongue comes from the LORD.”

KEYWORD: How you use your mind is a determining factor for success or failure.

God has made the heart of man dynamic, capable of thinking and creating whatever is within it—whether positive or negative. He has graced the heart with the ability to birth things, concepts, ideas, and dreams. The heart of man is a battlefield where success or failure is determined. Anyone who will actualize a dream must first establish it firmly in their heart. The mind of man is a gift from God, setting him apart from every other creature He made. How you use your mind is a determining factor for success or failure. God is the Creator and He created the universe with only His spoken words. Now, let us narrow it down to the scriptures. The Word reveals one of His defining attributes: He creates, meaning that He has the power to bring something out of nothing. When He made man in Genesis, He breathed into his nostrils, and by that simple act, man received the very Spirit (life) of God. This means that man was designed to function like God—to conceive and create realities or things from the heart just like God (Genesis 1:1-31).

Just as God’s words carry power, dominion was given to man to speak. The heart is an incubator, a meditation ground where dreams take form before they manifest. Do you have a dream that your heart is brooding over? Are you wondering how to bring it to life? As a Christian, you must recognize the advantage you have in Christ Jesus. The Spirit of God gives you an edge over the people of the world. No matter the challenges that arise in the process, of actualizing your dream, you must hold fast to your dream without deterring. You are God’s own, and as such, you, too, are a creator. That dream in your heart is possible!
When you look at the books, tabs or places where you wrote down your vision, the structures you have set in place, and the plans you have drawn, remember this: words are powerful, especially when spoken under the influence of the Holy Spirit. Speak words of faith over your dreams, and watch how miraculously they come to pass! God did it in Genesis, and as His image, you can do much more. You must believe—not as an assumption, not as an experiment, but with unshakable conviction in God and the things you can do in His name. There are no limitations to what you can create as a creator. The question is, what is in your heart? Has it consumed you enough to produce conviction? When your dreams are birthed by the Holy Spirit, they cannot fail. Glory to God!

PRAYER:
Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You, for I stay steadfast on my dreams through Your Word. By the Holy Spirit, they birth strong conviction within me, and my words are answered by You, Lord, in Jesus name. Amen.
