Every new level of growth and success often comes with new challenges and battles. Therefore, as a believer, you must continually grow your faith at every level of increase. Otherwise, you may become overwhelmed, and the very levels meant to elevate you may begin to feel burdensome.
When we speak of growing in faith, we are talking about increasing your capacity and accomplishing ability in God. In other words, you are being strengthened to shoulder and confront the weights that come with every new phase of life, qualifying successfully for the next level. Growing your faith begins with feeding consistently on the Word of God. The Word must become your daily meal, not emergency food. You must understand that the level of your faith is directly connected to the level of the Word that dwells in you.
Allow the Word to take deep root within you. Do not just read it, meditate on it until it becomes revelation. Meditate until it forms a clear mental picture that you can run with. When the Word becomes revelation in your spirit, faith rises naturally. To grow speedily in your faith capacity, total trust and obedience to God’s Word and instructions are paramount. You cannot grow in your walk with God if you are slow to obey or hesitant to respond to His voice. Disobedience to God’s Word reveals distrust in Him and reliance on human reasoning, fear, and doubt. Scripture makes it clear that rebellion is likened to witchcraft, and a man who doubts is unstable in all his ways and cannot receive anything from the Lord. Faith grows where obedience is practiced.
Praying in the Spirit is another vital key to building your faith. Jude 1:20 reminds us to build ourselves up on our most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost. Praying in the Spirit strengthens your inner man, removes fear and doubt, and empowers you to walk in divine direction with confidence and ease. There is nothing as beautiful as consistently knowing and following the leading of God. Yield fully to God’s Word and be in constant fellowship with Him, and you will see how beautiful and glorious your life will become. Glory to God!

Precious Holy Spirit, thank You for Your grace and ability at work in me. I grow in knowledge, in revelation, and in capacity through Your Word. Strengthen my faith to prevail over every challenge and to be victorious in every trial. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
