PSALM 72:7–8 “In his days shall the righteous flourish; and abundance of peace so long as the moon endureth. He shall have dominion also from sea to sea, and from the river unto the ends of the earth.”

KEYWORD: This is a year in which every believer must walk by spiritual perception, not physical perception. To the world, things may grow darker and wickedness may increase, but for the Church, it shall be different.

The prophetic word for the year is very important in the life of every believer because it gives you a picture of what the year holds for you in God. God always gives His children pictures and visions to run with in every season of their lives. That is why whenever a prophetic word comes from the altar through a servant of God, do not just rejoice over it and move on. You must ensure that it stays in your spirit and gives you the momentum to run with it throughout the year.
The prophetic word shapes your expectations for the year. It guides how you plan with God. It builds your anticipation and alignment with His purpose. However, it also requires intentional fellowship, through fasting, meditation, and praying in the Spirit so that personal revelation and conviction can be birthed from the general prophetic word. When this happens, the general word becomes your personal revelation in your spirit. Hallelujah!
When this is done rightly, you will be filled with God’s pictures and vision for the year. You will be empowered by His ability to accomplish great feats. You will discern the areas of your life that need strengthening, the relationships to walk away from, and the new ones to build if you must achieve all that God has in store for you
Genesis 13:15 says “For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever.” This is a year in which every believer must walk by spiritual perception, not physical perception. To the world, things may grow darker and wickedness may increase, but for the Church, it shall be different. Therefore, to live above wickedness and the dark practices of men this year, you must walk in spiritual sensitivity in alignment with the prophetic word for each season. That is how you will experience the blessings, preservation, good health, and so much more that God has prepared. Glory to God!

PRAYER:
Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You for bringing me into a brand new year with a prophetic word that gives me purpose, direction, preservation, and Your packaged blessings for the year. I receive the grace to align myself rightly with what You desire to do in me and through me. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
