Psalm 111:1 “Praise ye the LORD. I will praise the LORD with my whole heart, in the assembly of the upright, and in the congregation.”

KEYWORD: While private moments of worship are precious, there is a unique power in the unified voices of God’s people lifting up their voices in one accord.

The praise that pleases the Lord is one we render with our whole heart, not just the outward movement of our lips and voices. If your heart is not fully engaged in the time of praise and worship to God, it becomes mere noise to the ears of the Father, neither pleasing Him nor provoking change in the realm of the Spirit. To truly praise God with your whole heart, your heart must first be circumcised by the Holy Spirit—cleansed of evil thoughts and emotions that hinder full focus on God.
It is equally important to praise Him in the assembly of the saints. While private moments of worship are precious, there is a unique power in the unified voices of God’s people lifting up their voices in one accord. This corporate worship brings delight to the Lord and creates a spiritual atmosphere that magnifies His glory. Praise should be spontaneous and flow effortlessly from a heart that is connected to the Lord. When your heart is fully engaged, songs of love and adoration for God’s awesomeness naturally spring forth.
A heart truly connected to God receives songs of the Spirit—songs that carry healing power and transformation. These songs can break chains and draw lost souls to the Lord, creating an environment where lives are changed. Some people may not be moved by a sermon or other church activities, but true and sincere worship offered to God can touch their hearts deeply, convicting them and igniting a desire to know Him deeply. As we yield ourselves to the Lord in worship, He will do much in us that will in turn birth growth in the lives of all we encounter. Glory to God!

PRAYER:
Lord Jesus, I give my whole heart to You in worship. I offer my praise sincerely and ask that Your sweet presence flow through me, making me an instrument of healing and change everywhere I go. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
