Psalms 32:8“I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shal go: I will guide thee with mine eye.”
KEYWORD: Whenever you face challenges and don’t know what to do, you can talk to the Holy Spirit. He will tell you what to do and give you the right choices or strategies to use.
It’s amazing to know that most times, when men are in urgent need of help, direction and solution for a thing, they are more drawn to their closest friends, family members or acquaintance. The first thought that comes to most people’s minds, including Christians, is: “Which of my friends can help or give advice concerning what I am facing right now?” Most times, it is only when they have tried all options at their disposal and are at a crossroads that it dawns on them that they need the help of the Holy Spirit. It’s not bad to meet your friends or family members to share what is happening to you with them, they can only give you counsel or guidance based on their limited reasoning and knowledge, which may or may not work. But the opening scripture talks about God’s best thoughts towards you, making it clear that He will instruct and guide you along the best pathway of your life because He knows everything—even the ways through the wilderness. Hallelujah!
Some people think that the Holy Spirit is not to be disturbed with trivial things unless it’s a really serious or big issue. How wrong can you be? The scripture says He knows every strand of your hair. If He is interested in the strands of your hair, then He is also interested in every detail of your life and wants to guide and lead you on the best pathway that will ensure your continued progress and success in life. Whenever you face challenges and don’t know what to do, you can talk to the Holy Spirit. He will tell you what to do and give you the right choices or strategies to use. For example, King David never went into any battle without first enquiring from God for direction and strategy, which is why he never lost a battle (1 Samuel 23:2-5, 30:8-18).
You can be a minister of the gospel, a student, parents, spinster, business man or woman, sales rep, etc., before taking any major step, in need of an idea, solution, direction, wisdom and inspiration for a thing, go to the Holy Spirit in prayer and enquire from Him the things you need to do and how to go about them. He knows better than anyone in anything you want to do because He has existed before the creation of the earth and man. Learn to trust His judgment and validation; depend on Him for answers. When you rely on Him for direction, you will never make a mistake in your life because He will guide you and give you wisdom on what to do at every point in time. Hallelujah!
PRAYER:
Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You Lord for the guidance and leadership of Your Spirit, showing me the best pathway of success and progress in all my endeavours. I can never get to a crossroad road and be confused because You and my wisdom and my light. Thank You for loving me the way You do. Glory to Your name forevermore, Amen.
