TRUST THE PROCESS, TRUST HIS INTENTIONS

JEREMIAH 29:11 “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”

KEYWORD: Trusting God means believing that His intentions toward you are good, even when His instructions seem not to be convenient.

How you perceive God determines your revelation of Him, and your revelation of Him shapes how you walk with Him. When your understanding of God is limited, your trust in Him will also be limited. But as your revelation of Him deepens, your confidence in His ways grows stronger.

Abraham came to know God as the One who gives life to the dead and calls things that are not as though they were. Through that revelation, he learned to trust God even when circumstances seemed contrary. Joshua encountered God as the Lord of Hosts: the Commander of the armies of heaven, and that revelation positioned him to trust God’s strategy, even when it defied human reasoning, as seen in the fall of Jericho.
In both cases, their revelation of God was built through relationship and obedience. Their trust was not abstract; it was proven through their willingness to follow God’s instructions. In the same way, you have been called into a unique walk with God. To arrive at His intended purpose for your life, you must learn to trust Him, not only in moments of clarity, but also in seasons where you do not fully understand His ways.
Hebrews 11:6 reminds us that anyone who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. This means trust is built through consistent fellowship, not occasional encounters. At times, past experiences may cause you to hold on to things God is asking you to release. But growth requires that you lay aside every weight and anything that hinders your walk with Him. Trusting God means believing that His intentions toward you are good, even when His instructions seem not to be convenient.

As you listen to Him, willingness and obedience must follow. Whether the path is comfortable or not, convenient or not, your response must be alignment. Isaiah 1:19 says, “If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land.” This shows that the fulfillment of God’s promises is tied to your response to Him. Therefore, trust God’s process, but more importantly, trust His character. His ways are intentional, His plans are sure, and His thoughts toward you are good. As you walk with Him in faith and obedience, you will arrive at the expected end He has prepared for you. Hallelujah!

PRAYER:
Thank You, faithful Father, for Your mercies, goodness, and loving-kindness. Your ways are true and pure. I receive grace to walk in revelation and understanding of You, trusting and obeying every step of the way, knowing that I am called according to Your purpose, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
