CHRIST WAITS FOR US (II)

EPHESIANS 1:21-23 “Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.”

KEYWORD: When you hesitate to activate the power of God’s Word over unwanted situations, you are limiting your faith from growing and being proven.

In yesterday’s devotional, we established that Christ is waiting for us to exercise the authority He has given us over the enemies. We, as the Church, are not called to be silent, timid, or hesitant. We are to be bold and audacious, fully aware of our placement in Him, making full use of the authority entrusted to us without holding back.
Many Christians mistakenly pity the enemy in how they respond to the attacks and obstacles thrown their way. When you hesitate to activate the power of God’s Word over unwanted situations, you are limiting your faith from growing and being proven. You also deny yourself the opportunity to inspire others by the demonstration of God’s power, potentially preventing them from coming to Jesus and stepping into their God-given purpose. This is exactly what the enemy desires: men and women wandering in darkness. But we know better. We are God’s light, sent to illuminate every corner of the world. We are His presence wherever we find ourselves. Those situations that seem to demand silence, where speaking about Jesus might feel uncomfortable or risky, are precisely the moments God is calling you to speak up louder than ever. Some demons have dominated certain territories for too long, and now God has positioned us to bring change in the name of Jesus and through the power it carries.
Until we rise in faith and take our stand, many nations will remain trapped in strongholds they cannot break by themselves. We are God’s battle-axe, sharpened and equipped to remove every obstacle that prevents men and women from knowing Christ and experiencing a foretaste of their divine purpose. Our mission is to manifest the reality of God in man. Until this is accomplished, our work on earth remains unfinished. Christ waits for a Church that will passionately and faithfully do all in its power to bring the lost into the light. This mission is not optional; it is the heartbeat of our calling and the reason we exist as His people. Will you rise to the occasion and be part of that Church, committed to shining the light of Christ in every dark place, transforming lives, and advancing God’s Kingdom with unwavering dedication? The choice to answer this call will define your impact and legacy in the earth. Glory to God!

PRAYER:
Lord, I choose to be among those bringing the lost to the knowledge of Your Word this year. I will not hold back but will push forward with the determination of Your Spirit to see men and women walk in the fullness of Your plan for them in Jesus’ name. Make me an effective battle-axe in Your hands, Lord. Amen.
